Christopher Dale Palmer, 17, has been indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child from an incident that took place on July 30. The victim is a girl under the age of 14.
Neither the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office nor the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office would give any more details to the case other than to say that there are other suspects involved and they are all juvenile.
The Montgomery County DA's Office issued the following statement: "The case was investigated by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and we presented it before the grand jury. The grand jury felt there was probable cause he was indicted Aggravated Sex Assault of a Child."
