One person shot outside gas station in N. Harris Co.

HOUSTON The violence happened at the Raceway gas station on Kuykendahl and Rankin around 1am. Investigators say there was a fight in the parking lot, followed by gunshots.

One of the vehicles that sped away from the scene was pulled over by Houston police. They found a man with a gunshot wound to his leg. Detectives say the victim and the driver are refusing to cooperate with them.
