Man accused of pressuring underage girl into sending nude pics

HOUSTON Mitchell Thomas McDermott, 19, is charged with possession of child pornography. Court documents state the 15-year-old female victim said McDermott pressured and persuaded her to send nude pictures of herself to his cell phone on June 1. She says complied and sent them.

The girl said McDermott then told her that if she did not have sex with him that he would post the nude pictures on the internet, according to court documents. She alerted her older brother who was able to obtain McDermott's cell phone with the photos on it.

Bond has been set at $5,000 in this case.
