Galveston asks residents to voluntarily conserve water

GALVESTON, TX

Leaders say those actions will allow additional water to be available to League City which is dealing with water restrictions. Crews are repairing a leaking water transmission line on State Highway 3.

Galveston Island was in a similar situation over the Easter weekend and League City helped out, so Galveston leaders say they want to return the favor.
