Police are searching for a 45-year-old man who is accused of sexually assaulting and impregnating a Baytown teenager when she was only 13 years old.

Franciso Solis Villanueva is wanted on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14 years of age, according to a probable cause document.

Villanueva allegedly repeatedly raped the girl at her Baytown home while her mother was attending night school. The girl said in late 2007, Villanueva attacked her after she had just come out of the shower. The girl became pregnant and delivered a child in October 2008.

However, detectives weren't notified of the incident until January when the girl confided in her mother, who in turn reported the alleged rape to police. The girl, who's now 16, told authorities she was scared to report the assaults earlier because she was afraid she and her child would be removed from their home.

Once Villanueva is arrested, he is expected to be held without bond. His last known address is in Baytown.
