The mother of a missing 13-year-old West Texas girl denies having anything to do with her disappearance. Officials say the woman's boyfriend had been identified as a "person of interest" in the case of Hailey Dunn of Colorado City. Nobody has been charged.

Hailey was reported missing Dec. 28 by her mother.

Court documents obtained by The Associated Press include affidavits that say Billie Dunn has given contradictory statements and lied during a polygraph test.

The affidavits also indicate police believe Dunn's now-formerly live-in boyfriend, Shawn Adkins, was untruthful when questioned about his knowledge of Hailey's whereabouts.

Adkins declined comment to AP, but a relative says he's innocent.
