Police warn of scam targeting elderly in Coldspring

Police are warning elderly homeowners in Coldspring about a group of con artists. The San Jacinto County Sheriff's Department say the scammers knock on doors saying they have leftover asphalt. So if the homeowners want, they will repave their driveway. The problem is the asphalt is usually put on so thin it has to be replaced in a few weeks.
