Dixon was relieved of duty after two women came forward. They say Dixon was on patrol when he picked them up and attacked them in the backseat of his squad car. An internal affairs investigation determined Dixon's patrol car was in the area on the dates and times of the alleged attacks.
He is charged with sexual assault and official oppression.
