Police seek sex offender on the run

HOUSTON The victim told investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Office Crimes Against Children Division that Jeffery Foster had sexual intercourse with her. In April 2009, the victim stated she was at her home when Foster came over and wanted to have sex with her. She refused, but Foster continued with his advances and sexually assaulted her.

After an investigation, Foster was charged with sexual assault of a child and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Foster, 29, is a black male. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 190 pounds. Foster's last known address is near the 2800 block of Katy Hockley Cut-off Road in Katy.
