Wiltz is required to register as a sex offender for life. Wiltz last registered with the Houston Police Department on May 6, 2009 with an address on Pannell. Officers conducted a compliance check on the address he provided and discovered he moved. As of March 1, 2010, Wiltz had not registered a new address with the Houston Police Department or any other law enforcement agency.
On April 20, 2010 charges of failure to register as a sex offender were filed on Gerald Harold Wiltz, Jr., and the 178th District Court issued a warrant for his arrest.
Wiltz is a 38-year-old black male. He is 5'8" tall and weighs 295 pounds. He has "TC" tattooed on his upper right arm and "REE" tattooed on his upper left arm.
