HOUSTON --
A man is in jail after police say he climbed up a cell phone tower in southwest Houston and wouldn't come down. It happened around 10:15pm Friday at the corner of Ruth Street near Main. Investigators say the man climbed the tower and started yelling. Both police and firefighters were called out.Authorities managed to talk him into coming back down, where he was arrested.
