District officials have already cut several classes but say more cuts are needed. There was discussion of opening up enrollment to students outside the district but the board voted against the issue in March.
Friendswood ISD to meet to discuss budget

The district is trying to figure out how to deal with a projected $800,000 deficit. Friendswood High School has already lost some classes. Future cuts could include layoffs, or there could be tax increases.
