Landscaping crew finds body by freeway
HOUSTON
While trimming grass in the area of 3400 North Freeway (I-45 North) northbound around 4pm Tuesday, Texas Department of Transportation landscaping crews discovered what
appeared to be a dead body. The supervisor called police who arrived
and discovered the body of a female in an advanced state of
decomposition.
