A teenage girl is in the hospital after reportedly being stabbed shortly after school let out Tuesday afternoon. According to school officials, the 17-year-old Humble High School student was stabbed in the face and upper torso by a 15-year-old girl. Though we're told the two students have had issues in the past, it's not known what caused Tuesday's altercation.

The 17-year-old who was stabbed was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital. The 15-year-old had cuts to her hand and was taken to Memorial Hermann Northeast in Humble. At this point, we don't know either of the girls' conditions.
