Gibson was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital with severe injuries to his face and legs.
The FAA and state troopers are looking into the crash. It knocked out power to nearby businesses.
Pilot injured in power line crash

It happened Sunday afternoon just a few miles outside Magnolia.
State troopers told Eyewitness News Mark Gibson was flying back to Tomball when his motorized glider hit the power lines. Gibson fell to the ground, and then the glider fell a short time later.
