Texas GOP launches Bill White attack ads

HOUSTON The state GOP has already posted an attack ad on the web. It features White speaking on camera. His audio is eventually covered by the song "The Great Pretender." The Texas Republican Party says the ad is designed to show White is masquerading as moderate, when he's really a liberal.

White's third and final term at Houston City Hall ends in January.
