SAN JACINCTO COUNTY, TX --
An Amber Alert has been issued after a girl was reported kidnapped in San Jacinto County. The Transtar signs are flashing the alert on freeways across the city. Police believe 14-year-old Angela Rodriguez was taken against her will in Shepherd. It's believed she's with 18-year-old Joaquin Garcia. Authorities say he drives a blue-green Chevrolet Malibu with Texas license plate LHF 502. If you see that car, you're asked to call police.
