SWAT standoff ends with one in custody

HOUSTON Deputies say they arrived at the home on Stoneside and Amortabrook around 6pm and tried to serve warrant. When deputies arrived, they were able to see bails of marijuana in the home.

The man barricaded himself inside until just before 5:30am, when deputies threw tear gas into the home then barged in and arrested him.

Neighbors have had a long night, as police used megaphones to try to coax the man out before they went in.
