ID theft suspect may be in Houston

HOUSTON Investigators say the man has been using people's personal bank information to produce counterfeit checks and driver's licenses. He uses those fake checks to purchase Wal-Mart gift cards.

Officers say the man is responsible for tens of thousands of dollars in fraud around the state. Most of the victims are from the Houston area, which leads them to believe he has ties here.
