Authorities catch up with wanted suspect

WALLER COUNTY, TX Police say Israel Paul Martinez was taken into custody Monday night. Authorities had been searching for him since last Friday. That's when Martinez allegedly shot two men during a roadside drug deal. Those victims survived the attack.

The crime was originally reported as a carjacking, but police later learned that the victims were involved in a drug deal, allegedly with Martinez.
