Cy-Fair ISD approves bus ads

HOUSTON This is the third area district to do this. The other districts are Humble and Pasadena. The ads could generate about a million dollars for Cy-Fair ISD. The district agreed to this deal as it tries to figure out a $28 million budget shortfall.

There is a battle over the homestead exemption Cy-Fair. If it is removed, it could lead to $35 million in revenue but some residents are against that option.
