Woman involved in fatal wreck goes before judge

HOUSTON Pamela Pugh is now charged with intoxication manslaughter. Police say she was involved in an accident that sent another vehicle plunging 20 feet off the Hardy Toll Road, killing Cheryl Guberman. Her wrecked truck was found below the toll road two hours after the accident.

Investigators say Pugh's blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit hours after the crash.
