Car plows into Wal-Mart, injuring 3

DANVERS, MA The driver was looking for a parking spot at about 10 a.m. Tuesday when his car went between concrete pillars in front of the store and crashed through the glass doors.

Sgt. Robert Bettencourt says a woman and her 1-year-old daughter were taken to a hospital with head cuts that are not considered life-threatening. The driver's 90-year-old wife was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The driver refused treatment.

Three people not involved in the crash were taken to the hospital to be checked for stress because of pre-existing medical conditions.
