Lawsuit filed over collapse death

Crystal Cigala is suing Townhaven Construction and Stellar Staffing, Incorporated, claiming they sent her husband, Ramiro Cigala, to an unsafe job site.

Ramiro was working in a building that was being renovated at the old Hou-Tex Hotel on the Gulf Freeway. Investigators say the building shifted, and didn't have enough bracing. Two workers were also hurt in the collapse.
