Big rig wreck causes freeway nightmare

HOUSTON An 18-wheeler headed southbound went out of control, and crashed through a barrier into the HOV lane.

Crews had to repair some exposed rebar before re-opening the lanes hours later. Traffic was moving again smoothly.
