'Dickens' in Galveston has successful weekend

By the end of Saturday, a total of 32,000 people came to the festival. That's about half the total of the folks who showed up last year.

Many shops on the Strand opened just for this weekend as part of Galveston's road to recovery. They will now close to finish making repairs.
