It happened around 9pm on Big Oak Trail at Woodland. A 21-year-old man was standing in front of his house when a suspect in a pickup truck fired shots at him. The man was hit by a bullet in chest.
The victim was airlifted to the hospital in serious but stable condition. Harris County deputies believe this was a random shooting.
