Officer on horse hit by driver near club

HOUSTON It happened around 1:30am on Congress at Milam. HPD and HFD worked together to get people out of a night club on Congress because it was over capacity.

As people were exiting, a driver collided with an officer on a horse. The horse suffered minor injuries.

The driver later crashed into a fire hydrant. He was arrested and faces charges.
