Speed may be to blame for fatal wreck

HOUSTON The accident happened around 11pm last night on Hirsch near Vaughn. Police say the driver of a white car rear-ended another car, then slammed into a ditch. He died at the scene.

The driver of the other car went to the hospital in stable condition.
