Making the American Dream
The Varghese family moved to America in 2004 looking for a better life. Through hard work and perseverance, the family opened their own Bollywood style health and fitness studio.

MISSOURI CITY, Texas -- The Varghese family moved to America to find a better quality of life. Shortly after settling in Missouri City, TX, the family had to deal with some serious health issues. Money was tight, but they did have their dreams.

Visak the son loved to dance. A trait, his sister Mimi, mimicked. As they grew older, they wanted to bring the Indian Bollywood style dance to others. They hosted pop-up workout sessions at any building that would allow them. They managed to create enough buzz in town that they decided to open BollyCurves in 2019. Three months later COVID-19 struck and the family thought their business was over.

But hard work pays off and they created a plan to stay in business without being able to use their space. Now fully re-opened, BollyCurves is a safe place for every age to absorb Indian culture while getting in better shape.
