At about 7pm Monday, a woman was out walking along E. 27th near N. Main when she noticed a newer model gray pickup truck traveling slowly in the area. The woman told deputies with the Precinct 1 Constable's Office that as she arrived at the intersection of Cornell and Aurora, the truck pulled up next to her and the driver asked for directions.
When the resident approached the vehicle to speak to the driver, she noticed he was naked from the waist down, exposing himself to her. As the woman stepped back in shock, she says the man lunged at her in an attempt to grab her. The man then drove off.
The driver was described as a heavy-set Hispanic male, about 30 to 40 years old. The vehicle is described as a gray newer model GMC or Chevrolet pickup truck. The vehicle displayed a red, white and blue license plate from an unknown state.
Deputies on the scene filed a report. There are no known suspects and no arrests at this time.
