That means four people are now connected to the murder of cab driver Donalvon Rhyne, who was found dead in his cab at the Camden Vanderbil apartments.
Marquisha Anita Williams, 18, and LaToya Marie Palmer, 26, were the latest to be arrested. Both face capital murder charges. Last week, police arrested and charged Jock Wilson and Jermaine Palmer.
