A Bellaire couple is offering their own reward for information that helps catch the burglars who stole priceless mementos along with their safe full of jewelry.

This is the second time this home has been broken into. This time, the homeowners have one tool to fight back.

A security camera recorded video three men breaking out a back window to get inside the home on Beech Monday afternoon.

The homeowner tells us they stole a 300-pound safe that was bolted to the floor and dragged it out the front door. Besides valuable items, it was filled with things that can't be replaced.

"They broke out a glass window, went inside, just a matter of just two or three minutes and left. You know it was very quick," Bellaire Police Department Assistant Chief Mike Leal said.

The homeowners are offering a $5,000 reward on top of any reward Crime Stoppers may offer for information leading to an arrest.
