Zuri Edwards was there the day bodyguard, Efrem Holmes, beat up former West Point cadet Richard King in 2011.
Holmes has been charged with assault, but his attorneys say he was just defending Labelle and her son. King testified he doesn't remember what happened. He had a blood alcohol level of .28.
The bodyguard is expected to take the stand in his own defense later today.
