Police said the victim was fighting with a group of people outside a Fuddruckers on the East Freeway at Normandy when he was shot in the shoulder.
The victim was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.
Police arrested three men and a woman. They say the fight apparently had started in a nearby club. Investigators said they found a shotgun and handgun at the scene.
