""3 o'clock in the morning, I was sleeping and woke up to gunshots that sounded really close to the house," neighbor Rachel Peters said.

"When I looked out the window, there was somebody lying there," neighbor Royce McGrady said.

As residents awoke this morning, many noticed bullets also damaged their homes and vehicles. They tell us they're shocked that something this violent has happened so close to home.

"It's a sad thing you're not even safe in your own neighborhood anymore, bullets flying everywhere," Dave Eckley said.

Officials said they received information at the scene about several people who were possibly involved. They tracked those people to a home on S. Sabinal at Walnut and executed a search warrant around 11am Saturday.

According to deputies, two men and one woman were taken from the house into custody for questioning. One of the men had his arm wrapped in bandages.

It's unclear whether any charges have been filed.
