Officers called to the scene at Cora, south of West Mount Houston just after 2pm Thursday. SkyEye h13 HD was over the scene and you can see crime scene tape around the home and several emergency vehicles in the area.
The sheriff's office tell us the little girl was pronounced dead at the hospital. However, officers did not say what may have led to the child's death.
We are working on getting more information about the child's death and will have more information as it becomes available.
