Thanks to a Crime Stoppers tip, two of three suspects accused of vandalizing a high school pool are now in custody.

The suspects, all juveniles, are accused of breaking into La Porte High School's swimming pool facility and throwing chairs, benches, tables and other nearby items into the water. Surveillance video captured the trio, who were all shirtless and wearing masks, in the pool area and surrounding hallways.

Once the video went public, two of the suspects were quickly identified as brothers who live in La Porte and Baytown. Investigators say they were able to name the third suspect, who remains on the loose.

Police believe the third suspect lives in the Pasadena or South Houston area.

The two teens in custody are charged with Criminal Mischief and carries the possibility of up to a $4,000 fine and/or as much as a year in jail.

Anyone with additional information regarding this incident, or any other area crime, is encouraged to contact Houston-area Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
