Routine traffic stop turns into chase

HOUSTON The search was focused in the area around Highway 6 and Pine Forest. That's where the suspect got out of his car and ran away.

The chase started when officers tried to pull over a vehicle with no tail lights. The driver took off. He eventually ditched the vehicle, hopped over some barbed wire fence and ran into a wooded area. He's still on the run.
