'Model' contestant arrested in Houston

HOUSTON Brandy Rusher, 25, was charged with a misdemeanor Thursday for pushing and shoving a Houston police officer. Investigators say the officer had responded to a call of loud music from Rusher's apartment. The officers say she cursed them and then tried to run away.

Rusher was on the fourth season of the reality show.
