HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A Houston man is federally charged with threatening to kill employees of Georgia-based Flock Safety who are Jewish, according to U.S. Attorney Theodore S. Hertzberg.
According to Hertzberg, 31-year-old Nicholas Hadley allegedly left a message in the voicemail inbox of Flock Safety on April 24.
Hertzberg said the message accused the company of "breaking the Constitution" and Hadley allegedly said if he was filmed by the company's cameras, he would find the employees and kill them.
Hertzberg added, "Threats against any person based on his or her religious beliefs will not be tolerated, and these charges reflect my office's commitment to working with law enforcement partners to combat the pernicious evil of antisemitism and hold accountable anyone who threatens members of our community."
According to the Department of Justice, Hadley was arrested on a criminal complaint on July 9, and he will make an initial appearance in Atlanta at a later date.
Since August 2025, the U.S. Attorney's Office has charged three additional people with communicating interstate antisemitic threats.
