Police hope sketches help them solve murder

Crime Stoppers and Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Office are seeking the public's assistance in identifying two of the five people wanted for the a murder earlier this week. They hope sketches lead to arrests. Thursday April 29, 2010 murder that occurred at the La Bella Bar located at 14100 Old Humble Road. The killing happened at the La Bella Bar in the 14,1000 block of Old Humble Road early Thursday morning.

Three people were shot. Two of the victims survived, but Luis Garza died as a result of his injuries. Three victims were inside the bar with several other people when investigators say three armed suspects and a woman entered the bar and demanded money. A struggle broke out when several customers tried to fight back against the suspects. During the struggle, Luis Garza was shot and killed. Two other people were also shot.

The armed suspects are described as three Hispanic males. A Hispanic female was also with the suspects. The shooter is described as a heavyset Hispanic male in his thirties. He was around 5'5" tall. The female that accompanied the suspects is in her late twenties. She is around 5'7" tall and had her hair in a pony tail.
