Prosecutor: More charges coming in NYC terror case

NEW YORK Prosecutors allege Adis Medunjanin conspired to kill U.S. soldiers in Afghanistan. They told a Brooklyn judge on Tuesday they expect further charges, and that his case might be combined with that of alleged al-Qaida associate Najibullah Zazi.

Zazi is a Colorado airport driver who is charged with plotting to attack New York City with homemade bombs.

Another suspect arrested in the investigation, Zarein Ahmedzay, was scheduled for a separate court appearance Tuesday.

All three men attended Flushing High School in Queens. They say they've done nothing wrong.
