Man wanted for aggravated kidnapping

HOUSTON According to Crime Stoppers, on May 21, 2009, Felix Garcia-Borrego went to his ex-girlfriend's house and forced her into his car. He allegedly drove around with her, hit her numerous times in the face and threatened to kill her. She managed to roll down a window and jump out of the moving car.

Garcia-Borrego was charged with aggravated kidnapping on May 22. A warrant was issued for his arrest and his bond was set at $100,000. Garcia-Borregois also wanted on a misdemeanor assault charge for assaulting the same victim a few days earlier.

On November 10, Garcia-Borrego went to a bonding office to get help with posting his bond. When he was told how much his bond would be he reportedly fled the office before he could be arrested.

Garcia-Borrego is a 25-year-old Hispanic male. He is 5'10" tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in the 16000 block of Kieth Harrow.
