Argument between two men ends in gunfire

HOUSTON Investigators say the victim was standing in the parking lot of an apartment complex off Braeswood near Bissonnet. Another man parked in the spot next to him and the two began arguing. The driver then pulled a gun and shot multiple times.

The victim died at the hospital. The shooter is still at large.
