Fagan was arrested Tuesday following a traffic stop. Fagan was transported to the county jail in Longview, but managed to break free and run away during the booking process.
Lt. Mike Claxton says Fagan was discovered in a bedroom, hiding between a mattress and a box spring.
A woman at the home was detained on a charge of hindering arrest.
