Woman hurt by HPD horse at parade

HOUSTON Officers on horseback were keeping the streets clear as the parade wound through Montrose. Police say one of the horses bumped into the woman, knocking her down twice.

The woman claims the horse stomped on her, splitting open her chin and causing several teeth to fall out.
