Chase suspect gets stuck on railroad tracks

HOUSTON The man took off on the Highway 290 feeder road near the West Loop with police in pursuit. But at one point he crashed into some railroad tracks and got stuck.

He jumped out. K-9 units were called in and spent 30 minutes tracking the man down to arrest him.
