The teens were in a pickup heading northbound on the East Beltway near Woodforest when the driver lost control. The pickup rolled several times.
A 19-year-old woman suffered a severe head injury and a 15-year-old girl suffered minor injuries. Both were taken by Life Flight to the hospital.
An 18-year-old man was taken to the hospital with a broken arm.
