The exact dates aren't set yet, but the Texans open up preseason play in Kansas City sometime between August 13 and 17. Game two is here against the Saints between the August 20 and 24. The third game is a nationally televised Monday night game here against Sage Rosenfels and the Vikings on August 31.
The Texans close out the preseason Friday, September 4 in Tampa against the Bucs.
